The transition into warm weather doesn’t just mean it’s time for dresses and shorts. I’m personally excited about wearing my light weight breezy pants and open knit loose sweaters as much as possible. An outfit which is perfect for the weather now (while it’s still not just yet hot but for sure not cold) or summer nights running around Brooklyn.. or long night walks along the beach. …What? A girl can dream, right?

I find in the winter, like much New Yorkers, I tend to stick to a very neutral color pallet. In the summer I pull out all my bright vintage printed maxi dresses, bright minis, and would live in light wash jean cut offs and a white crop top if possible. So, what I’m getting at is.. get ready for my blog to take a turn to the bright side. Maybe even get ready to confuse me with some of your favorite west coast bloggers.. because I will be getting a tan.. and I will be beach side. You guys just wait!
