No hat- shocker, right? Bet you had to do a double take just now to make sure you were on the right blog! So.. speaking of my hair, a lot of the time I like to push it all to one side.. almost creating this faux side shave look that I’d love to do, but could never go fully through with it. Keeping my hair to one side made me want to keep one side of my button up un-tucked (another look I don’t often sport but am kinda digging) It’s casual and a little messy so when mixed with a mini skirt and heels it balances itself out just right for my style.
Since I’m constantly running around the city, you won’t catch me in heels often. Or even wedges, for that matter. (hello, I live on the 4th floor walk up and take the subway from Brooklyn to Manhattan) So while I’m normally kickin it in booties, I can’t deny my love for these Zara heels. While I normally opt to pair them with something a little more dressed down (like boyfriend jeans and a leather jacket) I was feeling something a little different on this day. Maybe my vintage diamond choker was too tight, but who knows? I like to mix it up every now and then.
