This week has still been a bit cold, so I I’ve been mixing lots of light and heavy layers to create a perfect warmth of an outfit for the weather at hand — Mixing light tights with knee high socks and mini dresses with a light vintage fur. I’ve never been a bold color or print tight kind of gal, but I die over subtle detailed tights like these. They make me feel very girly but sexy.. like a modern day Edie Sedgwick where I want to just be dancing around my apartment to records wearing only them and a vintage bra. Come on, anyoneeee else feel this way? I know you do! Her style has always been so iconic to me but has been recently re inspiring me for one reason or another. I can dig it.

It’s official- the clocks have been set back and despite the weather this week spring is in the air.. but more importantly, Hanes Hosiery spring collection is now in my wardrobe! I got such a lovely package with their new spring samples this week and I can’t even picture wanting to wear pants again after wearing these. The lighter styles are the perfect addition to a wardrobe to help style your clothes through the transition into the warmer seasons. They’re perfect for pairing under minis or jean shorts – or try pairing them with knee high socks like I did here!
