I love taking a fancy dress and making it more casual for a day time look. If you’re looking to make more use out of a fancy dress you’ve had hanging in your closet since a past event or dinner, try adding a leather or jean vest over it. Instead of the usual heel, try pairing the dress with a combat boot! If you prefer the extra hight like me, try a simple wedge or bootie.

It’s such a natural thing for me to gravitate to wearing black and white. Usually, I tend to mix in some color but with this outfit I wanted to keep it as simple and classic as possible. I went for a red lip as my pop of color instead!
