As much as I’m sick of the rain and cold, I can’t be mad for an excuse to wear some cute wellies. Let me just clear things up: If I’m gonna wear rain boots, it’s gotta be done with in Kate Moss state of mind. We’re talking cut off shorts and a vintage tee, or a shirt dress as I styled them here. While I might not be running around some UK music festival wearing them, a water front park has to count for something.. Right guys?
