I’ve been noticing a lack of statement blouses in my wardrobe lately. I really love how they look with a high rise denim and a classic black boot. Since spring is (almost) here, I knew this would be the perfect blouse to start building back my collection. The stacked bell sleeve detail is so cute, and I feel like I’ve never seen this design before. Such a statement! I knew I had to pair it with this cute little 90’s inspired box purse from Urban and my oversized Karen Walker sunnies. If this outfit doesn’t scream I’m ready for brunch I’m not sure what does!
